At Ucan Educational Services, our support doesn't necessarily end when you receive your admission or begin your studies. We remain available to provide guidance and assistance throughout your educational journey.

Our goal is to help you stay informed, connected and confident as you progress through your studies.

• Student Check-Ins: We maintain communication with our students and provide an opportunity to discuss questions or concerns related to their education journey.
• Academic Guidance: If you have questions about your program, course requirements or academic processes, we can help you understand where to seek the appropriate information and support.
• Communication With Your Institution: Where appropriate and with your authorization, we can assist with communication and coordination relating to your educational experience.
• Program or Institution Changes: If circumstances change and you are considering a program or institution change, we can provide guidance on the appropriate steps to take and refer you to the relevant professionals where specialized advice is required.
• Study Permit & Immigration Referrals: If you have questions about your immigration status, study permit, visa or other immigration matters, we can connect you with appropriately licensed immigration professionals. For Canadian immigration matters, Ucan works with licensed Canadian immigration professionals. For other destinations, we can coordinate with appropriately authorized immigration professionals where required.
• Additional Educational Support: If your educational circumstances change or you require additional educational services, we can help you understand the options available and determine the appropriate next step.
• Ongoing Communication: International education is a journey, not simply an application. We aim to remain a trusted point of contact for our students throughout their studies and provide guidance when they need it.
